Refund policy

We only accept returns on ‘in stock items’. With the exception of those that have alterations made prior to sending - for example if requesting bikini cups to be made smaller you will not be eligible for a refund if unsuitable.

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving you item if wanting to refund. Returned goods must be returned in original packaging, with hygiene seals in place, they must be free from smelling of smoke, perfume or other strong smells and they must be stain free. Returns should be sent to the shop:

Returns which fit this criteria will be processed in the same way as which payment was made within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Gift cards/ eGiftcards/ eVouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
